My Corporate Culture Report

According to my Tickle Test, I thrive in a corporate culture that allows me to be a team player.

You are the type of worker who can be trusted to follow-through. And that makes you a vital asset to any organization. You are a team player who helps create structure and coherence in your company.

You believe in following the rules and helping to establish order. Without you, organizations could not develop a good relationship with their employees. You understand that trust is a two way street and your integrity drives you to honor your commitments. You have a clear sense of the structures within companies and do not stray too far from existing standards.

Unlike some types, you are not constantly scheming to go on to the next big thing. You live in the here and now and appreciate being part of a team. You are not strongly committed to working alone or with others so you can be flexible and adapt to the needs of the situation.

You have a keen sense of balance when thinking about traditions and innovations. You don't follow either as a rule and consider the issue at hand before deciding whether to shake things up.

Although you don't need your job to have a social impact, it would be a definite plus. After all, you enjoy the idea of adding positively to the world.
